 THIS FORM BELOW IS FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL CAMPER.

APPLICANT MUST BE QB1 ON THE UPCOMING FALL DEPTH CHART.

ONE ENTRY PER SCHOOL. 

Completing this form will put you on our waiting list. Those QBs that make the camp attendees list will be notified asap. Once accepted to the camp, additional information will be required from your parents or guardians. AIRO will contact them directly.

Please fill out this form in its entirety. Contact our office for any questions or concerns. AS PART OF ATTENDING THE CAMP, any QB selected will be required to submit an online refundable payment of $50 to secure their spot. The payment WILL BE REFUNDED after check in. Due to the uniqueness of this camp, and the limited numbers of campers selected, it is important once selected to return all paperwork and payment asap.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS
