AIRO—from the Greek word meaning “to lift up”—exists to elevate the most influential athlete on each team for the cause of Christ. Through elite instruction, biblical leadership study, and unique experiences, we develop complete leaders.

To lift up and elevate the most influential athlete on each team for the cause of Christ. We believe these athletes—the ones teammates look to in critical moments—have the power to shape team culture, inspire excellence, and lead with character that extends far beyond the game.
What is AIRO?
AIRO camps are just the beginning. Our hope and prayer is that AIRO becomes a network of discipleship amongst influential athletes at all levels.
We plan to foster discipleship practically through continued contact (meeting them where they are), encouragement, Bible studies, and support.
We pray these athletes produce ripples in their locker rooms, communities, homes, and in the lives of everyone they come in contact with—all for the glory of God.
QB Camp
AIRO is more than a camp—it's a transformative experience. We gather the most influential athletes from high school, college, and professional levels for weekend camps at unique venues where they grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
- Limited to 20-25 athletes per camp
